Saturday Dec 20 is our annual Solstice service celebration. Volunteers with pruners can help joyfully gather the greens at 10:00 AM at the Triplett home (49121 Trapp Road, Saint Inigoes). Other volunteers can meet at the Fellowship Hall at 4:00 PM to build the Solstice spiral and make everything ready for the evening service. Then at 6:30, people of all ages are invited to join us in the Fellowship Hall to observe the festivals of light during this dark time of the year, and walk our solstice spiral to spread a little light of your own! Please stay afterwards for fellowship and refreshments. This service will be in-person only (no zoom).
Sunday, Dec 21 is a Christmas carol singalong service for all ages with congregational participation! We’ll meet at the usual 10:00 am. Please bring offerings of your favorite seasonal poems and readings, and choose a Christmas carol from our booklet of family favorites. Jackie Triplett and Marianna Nystrom will lead this special service. After the service, please take some greenery home with you to decorate your home and make it smell wonderful!
