This week, Katy Boyd will lead our service and share a recorded sermon by Rev. Mary Katherine Morn, called “Imagining Belonging: Next Door, Across Borders, and Worldwide.” This service will kick off UUFSM’s Guest at Your Table Campaign.

Guest at Your Table (GAYT) is The Unitarian Universalist Service Committee’s annual intergenerational program to raise support for and awareness about key human rights issues. For over 50 years, GAYT has brought global human rights stories into local gatherings—often at the family or congregation table—turning everyday meals into acts of solidarity and giving.

Katy is the campaign coordinator this year and will have all the guidance we need to participate. This program will help us nurture lasting connections with UU principles, build awareness about social justice and human rights, and strengthen UUSC’s work.
