Continuing with our monthly theme of Freedom, Gena Wade offers a sermon drawing on Timothy Snyder’s 2024 book On Freedom.  We all think we know what “freedom” means, but do we share a definition and agree on what freedom requires?  Snyder’s ideas give us language to consider the American view of freedom and how shifting this perspective might help us recognize our values differently and produce different actions, investments, and governance.
